If you are hitting Soteria errors, try the steps below.
• Ensure you have access to the application via Okta (it should be in your Okta dashboard). You can also request a list of applications you have access to using @okta in #ask-it.
• Ensure you are using a Sherpa°-managed device.
- You are using a secure network connection and are connected to WARP on your device.
- Clear your browser cache, cookies and history.
If the steps above fail and you still cannot login on a Sherpa°-managed device, Okta may detect a security risk that needs to be evaluated by IT.
